KOCHI: The actress has demanded an inquiry into the incident in which the footage was leaked in the actress assault case. The actress, who was attacked, submitted a letter to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in this regard. The footage was leaked from the Ernakulam District Sessions Court. The actress responded that the opening of the visuals without permission is a shocking incident. She said in the letter that her privacy was compromised after the footage got leaked.
Meanwhile, Dileep will today reply to the written arguments given by the prosecution in the case of hatching conspiracy to assassinate the investigating officers in the actress assault case. The prosecution had written the evidence in its possession after hours of arguments in the High Court on the defendants' anticipatory bail.
Strong evidence has been laid against the accused. Baiju Paulose has no role in the investigation of this case. Baiju Paulose has no previous acquaintance with Balachandra Kumar. Accused hired a person to rape a co-worker. The prosecution also alleged that the accused had committed an offense that is not even considered by the legislators.
Defendant yesterday demanded that they be heard on the matter. The defendant will give a reply to the allegations in writing. Dileep's lawyer K Raman Pillai argued that the prosecution was repeating after the lie told by the crime branch in the case of conspiracy to assassinate the investigating officers.
Defendant's attorneys told the court that they had fully cooperated with the investigation. The High Court will give its order on the anticipatory bail plea of the accused at 10.15 am on Monday. Dileep, his brother Anoop, sister-in-law TN Suraj, cousin Appu and friends Baiju Chengamanadu and Sarath had filed the anticipatory bail petition.
