Meera is currently starring in the Sathyan Anthikkad movie 'Makal'. Meera's return to Malayalam cinema in a full-length role after six years will be as Jayaram's heroine. The actress last appeared in a full-length role in the 2016 film 'Path Kalpanakal'. In 2018, Meera also appeared in a guest role in the movie 'Poomaram'.
