KOCHI: Director Balachandra Kumar, who made new revelations against Dileep, has been accused of sexually abusing a woman. The woman, a native of Kannur, has lodged a complaint with the Kochi City Police Commissioner. In her complaint, the woman claimed that Balachandra Kumar abused her at the house of a film lyricist after she was offered a job and called to Kochi 10 years ago.

According to the complaint, Balachandra Kumar threatened the girl after filming the abuse scenes on his mobile phone.

The conspiracy case against the actor was strengthened with Balachandra Kumar's revelation that Dileep and his gang had conspired to endanger the investigating officers probing the actress assault case. But Dileep argued in court that the allegations were all fabricated.

Meanwhile, the actress has lodged a complaint with the Prime Minister and the Supreme Court over the leak of the footage of the attack, which is crucial evidence in the case. The argument in the case is over. The verdict will be announced on Monday.
