TIRUPPUR: A woman’s body was found in a suitcase. The body of a 25-year-old woman was found in a suitcase in a roadside sewer.

The suitcase was found in a sewer near the newly constructed four-lane road in Pollikalipalayam near Dharapuram road. The locals who spotted blood stains on the suitcase immediately informed the Tiruppur rural police.

The body was found when the police opened the suitcase. The dead has not been identified yet, investigation has begun on the incident, said the police.
