MEENANGADI: One person was killed in an accident when a mini lorry collided with a car and an auto. The accident took place at Meenangadi Pathiripalam on the Kozhikode-Mysore National Highway. The deceased has been identified as Pratheesh, an auto driver from Sultan Bathery, Padupathur. Three people were injured. One of them is in a critical condition.

A high speed mini lorry from the Sultan Bathery, rammed into a car parked near the Pathiripalam temple . After the lorry collided with the car, both vehicles crashed into a nearby auto. The injured include the car driver, a child and a lottery seller who was walking nearby. They are under treatment.
