THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Now you can apply online for water connection and sewerage connection from home. Applications for water quality testing can also be submitted online. Payments of all these services can be done online. With this, the Kerala Water Authority has completed the process of providing full digital service to the customers and by avoiding physical contact at all stages of the service.

The full digital service is also part of following Covid Protocol and Green Protocol. All customer bills, receipts and certificates will be made available digitally. Complaints and applications will be received digitally. The dashboard for all online services will be provided on the official website.

Payment can be made online on the water charge website through the ePay link or through the UPI apps. Water bills will be sent via SMS to the phone number registered by the customer. All you have to do is visit the website www.kwa.kerala.gov.in to pay for water charges or to avail other online services.

For complaints and inquiries call the toll free number 1916. Etapp is a system for applying online for a new connection without having to go directly to the Water Authority offices. The online connection facility, which was initially introduced in only two section offices, will be made available in all other connections also.
