THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has said that the complaint lodged by the actress in the incident where the abuse scene was leaked has not come to his notice. He said that the actress' complaint hasn't come to his notice after coming from abroad and would look into it.

"In addition, the appointment of prosecutors in the case is not unilateral. A prosecutor is usually a person appointed after consulting the parties concerned. That is what is causing the delay", the CM said.

The CM's also responded to the police action against Reporter TV MD Nikesh Kumar, who first aired Balachandra Kumar's revelation that Dileep had conspired to endanger the investigating officers. "It is not possible for the police not to file a case on the ground that they are journalists in such cases. I would look into the matter and take necessary steps if there are any restrictions on media freedom", the CM added.
