CHENNAI: An Odisha couple, Kishore and Budhini, are happy to have found 'Lockdown', who went missing a few days back. The couple’s 18-month-old son ‘Lockdown’ had gone missing three days before. The child was found from a bus that was to leave for Salem, on Tuesday night. The couple and their family are residents of Ambattur in Chennai.
We named our fourth son ‘Lockdown’, as he was born during the lockdown period, said the parents. The child, who was playing near a construction site, went missing on Sunday. The couple searched the area and later lodged a complaint in the police station. The child was found during the investigation. The bus conductor who had seen the kid in the bus, around 11 pm, informed the police. The Koyembedu police soon reached the spot and rescued the child. He was later handed over to the couple.
The police suspect that someone may have tried to abduct the child and later left him inside the bus, in fear of being caught. The police have intensified the investigation in the incident.
