NEW DELHI: In a scathing reply to Yogi Adityanath for his controversial statement in connection with the Uttar Pradesh polls, Shashi Tharoor said UP should be so lucky!! Kashmir's beauty, Bengal's culture & Kerala's education would do wonders for the place.
Tharoor said better education if UP becomes Kerala, natural beauty if turns Kashmir and culture if comes Bengal. Tharoor's response was via his Twitter account.
Voting is taking place in 58 assembly constituencies in Uttar Pradesh today. Yogi's statement ahead of the polls stoked a controversy. Yogi said that if the voters make a mistake, UP will become Kashmir, Kerala or Bengal and vote for the BJP to ensure a fearless life.
