KOCHI: The accused is likely to move the Kerala High Court tomorrow in the case conspired to kill the investigating officials in the case of attacking the actress. The accused including Dileep claimed that the case is fabricated by the crime branch.

Anticipatory bail was granted to Dileep, his brother Anoop, brother-in-law T N Suraj, relative Appu, friends Baiju Chengamanad and Sarath in the conspiracy case days back. The accused are approaching the court seeking quashing of the FIR raising court’s observation of having no evidence. Dileep alleged that the case is fabricated by some officials to settle personal enmity.

The crime branch had conducted a raid at Dileep’s brother-in-law Suraj’s house a few days back. A case was registered against them following the revelations of director Balachandra Kumar.
