The front of the gift shops is decorated with red, the colour of love, attracting many. Social media is full of posts, animated stickers, smileys and funny trolls.

The highlight of Valentine's Day is the red coloured teddy bears and hearts in different sizes. Heart models ranging from Rs 40 to Rs 290 and teddy bears starting from Rs 80 are available in the market. Red teddy bears and hearts have arrived in gift shops, clothing stores and supermarkets, regardless of city or village. Textile shops have displayed only red clothes. Special corners have been arranged for lovers in malls and restaurants. Chocolates are specially prepared in bakeries and bazaars. In the past the demand was for cards, cup photos, photo frames, glass gifts and keychains.
