KOCHI: Actor Dileep moved the Kerala High Court seeking cancellation of the FIR in the case conspired to kill the investigating officials. There are no evidences to prove the conspiracy hatched. If the FIR is not quashed, then the probe should be handed over to the CBI, Dileep mentioned in the plea.

The high court had granted anticipatory bail to six accused including Dileep in the case. The court granted anticipatory bail to the six on the ground that the conspiracy charge would stand prima facie. The court reviewed that there was no need to question the accused in custody based on the evidence and facts submitted by the investigation team.

The plea alleged that the conspiracy case was fabricated and that the new case is a deliberate move by the investigating officers to prolong the trial of the case in which the actress was attacked. The conspiracy was hatched with the knowledge of DGP Sandhya and ADGP Sreejith. Dileep's plea said this is what should be investigated.
