KOCHI: The actress opposes Dileep's plea to cancel further investigation in the case of attacking the actress. The actress expressed her desire to implead in the case when the court was considering it today. The case has been postponed to Monday.

Dileep filed the plea pointing that further investigation is being carried out to prolong the trial of the case. Dileep’s plea sought the quashing of the report filed by the investigating officers in the trial court seeking further inquiry and directing the trial court to expedite the trial of the case in which the actress was attacked.

The investigation team is continuing its probe in the case due to concern that it may not lead to a favourable stand in the case. Dileep also informed the court that the complainants in the conspiracy case are conducting the further probe.
