KOCHI: Actor Dileep will be questioned again in the case conspired to endanger the investigating officials in the actress attack case. The crime branch directed the actor’s brother Anoop to appear before them on Monday. He will be questioned again after the results of the scientific examination of his phone have been obtained.

The crime branch had directed Anoop to appear the other day but he failed to do so. He did not accpet the notice also. Following that, the crime branch reached his house and stuck the notice there. The results of Dileep and his brother-in-law Suraj will be released tomorrow. The crime branch has decided to question the two the next day. The assessment is that this will be crucial in the case.

Meantime, Dileep approached the high court seeking cancellation of the FIR in the murder conspiracy case. Dileep claimed that there are no proofs for the allegations. They said the case is fabricated. Dileep had demanded that the probe should be handed over to the CBI if the case is not cancelled.
