PALAKKAD: On seeing the visuals of the accident, if feels like the driver is guilty, said K Byjunath, a member of the Human Rights Commission (HRC), in the incident of death of two youths in a KSRTC bus accident. Further actions will be taken after submitting a report to the district police chief, he told a private channel.

Disputes on roads leading to murders is matter of serious concern, he said. The police had earlier arrested Ousep, a native of Pattikkad in Thrissur and a driver of Wadakkancherry Operating Centre, in the incident. He was granted bail later.

Two youths namely, Adarsh Mohan, a native of Kavassery in Palakkad and Sabith, a native of Kasaragode, were killed in the accident. It was alleged that there was an argument between the driver and the youths before the accident, following which the accused took revenge on them. The families of the two youths have demanded to expel the driver from service and to press murder charges against him.
