CHENNAI: Tamil actor Vijay apologised as huge crowd turned out while he cast vote in Tamil Nadu local body elections. The actor arrived at the polling booth in Chennai on Saturday morning to cast his vote.

When Vijay arrived, people crowded around the location to get a glimpse of him. Vijay apologised to the government officials for the inconvenience caused by the general public because of him. The video of Vijay folding his hands and asking sorry has gone viral on the internet.
