KOCHI: Kochi Infopark will construct a new building of ​​7 lakh square feet area with an investment of 160 crores. The project will create direct employment for 6,000 people and also to 12,000 people in related fields.

Geo group is constructing a twelve-storeye building near World Trade Centre. The piling of the three-tower building will begin on March 7. The first tower will be completed within 30 months.

Several facilities will be provided like for entertainment, club houses, jogging track, gym, swimming pool and parking facility for up to 700 cars. The green campus is under construction.

The foundation stone of the building was laid by Geo Group Chairman NV George. Fr. Titus Karikassery, IT Parks CEO John M. Thomas, GCDA Chairman K.S. Chandran Pillai, Kinfra Park CEO Ambili TB, former CIAL MDs Venkateshwaran and Babu Rajeev, Geo Group Project Coordinator and Legal Advisor Adv. Rajan Banerjee, V Guard Chairman Kochaussepp Chittilappally and Principal Architect KC George were present.
