KYIV: Russian troops are all set to surround Ukraine’s capital Kyiv. Currently, the Russian soldiers are only 32 kilometers away from the capital city of Kyiv. Russia claimed that it has destroyed Ukraine’s SU27 warplane using its modern surface-to-surface missiles.

Series of explosions are continuing in Kyiv. Six blasts were reported in the capital city, on the second day of the Russian invasion. The Russian missiles have destroyed our missile defense system, informed Ukraine.

Ukraine has sought help from hackers to counter Russian attacks. Unknown hackers have even declared a cyber-war against Russia. Russia’s official channel ‘Russia Today’ was hacked. The channel’s telecast has not yet been resumed. Russia has informed that they will capture Kyiv by this week.

Meantime, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has criticized the western countries for not offering assistance. ‘I am Russian enemy No. 1’, he said in a television address.

Even though Russia is on the verge of capturing Kyiv, we will not surrender, said Ukrainian government representatives. Hints suggest that Russian missile strikes in nuclear waste filled areas have resulted in increased nuclear radiations.

The Ukraine government has asked the people to take shelter in bunkers to escape from bomb blasts. Capturing Chernobyl was the easiest way for the Russian troops, in the Belarus border, to enter Kyiv. That is why, the Russian army conquered Chernobyl.

Many of the Indians trapped in Ukraine are unable to contact the Indian embassy. India is planning to rescue its citizens via land routes among other ways. The country is planning an extensive rescue operation spread along four countries.
