The Minister also honoured the Quiz Master GS Pradeep who is leading the 'Quiz Press'. Prizes were distributed to the winners of the ONV Poetry Competition hosted by the Academy's Internet Radio. The Minister also inaugurated the new batch of the Photo Journalism Course of the Academy.

The quiz will be aired on Kite Victors Channel in various episodes, said Anwar Sadat, channel CEO. Academy Secretary NP Santhosh, CDIT Registrar Jayadev Anand AK, singer Aparna Rajeev and CDIT representative Karthikeyan were present. Twelve selected school teams will compete in the competition, which continues on Friday. The first prize is the Chief Minister's trophy and half lakh rupees.
