DUBAI: Rifa Mehnoov, a popular vlogger and an album artist of Balusseri in Kozhikode, was found dead in Dubai. She was 21. She was found dead last night at her house in Jaffilia. She was staying with her husband Mehnoov. She reached Dubai last month. She has a daughter.
