KYIV: Indian Embassy in Ukraine has announced that all Indians have been evacuated from the Pisochyn. They will be shifted to safer places on embassy buses. The embassy said that they would keep in touch with them until they reach a safe place.

Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin has spoken out against flight path ban over Ukraine. Putin said that imposing an aviation ban over Ukraine would exacerbate the conflict and that implementing the decision would be considered as declaring war on Russia. Earlier, Ukrainian President Zelenskyy called for a NATO ban on flight travel to prevent a Russian attack. But NATO rejected the demand.

Pisochyn has been evacuated of all Indian citizens. Mission will continue to remain in touch with them through their journey. Their safety has always been our priority.
