KOTTAYAM: Police have arrested a goonda leader for harassing a woman passenger in a bus. The arrested person has been identified as renowned goonda leader Suryan aka Sharath Raj. Suryan harassed the woman passenger near the Manganam Mandiram Hospital. Police have also arrested Suryan's accomplice Anax Shibu.
