THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Discussions on Rajya Sabha seats will be held with the constituent parties, said CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan. Even though some of the constituent parties such as CPI, NCP and Janata Dal (Secular) have asked for seats, the decision will be taken by the LDF. The state secretariat has been vested with the power to decide the candidate, he said.
