ALAPPUZHA: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan mocked the Congress and Ramesh Chennithala soon after the results of the elections held in five states came. When the results of five states came, a heavy defeat awaited the Congress.

He teased Chennithala during the inauguration of the Valiyazheekkal bridge held in Alappuzha this morning. Chennithala said the bridge was opened today and is the happiest day of my life. Shortly after this, the chief minister mocked him.

‘I remember the words of Chennithala during his inaugural address. We must all stand together for the development projects of the state. Chennithala can be proud on this bridge becoming a reality. He said today was a very happy day for him, but in my estimation, it’s a bad day for him. That is another matter. I am not asserting that now,’ he said smilingly.
