NEW DELHI: Yogi Adityanath has set a new record by becoming the first Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh to retain power after completing a five-year term. In Uttar Pradesh, the BJP continues to make strides with a clear lead. According to the latest reports, the party is leading in 269 seats.

BJP workers are celebrating Yogi Adityanath's massive victory. This time, they are celebrating victory in a special manner. Several party workers were seen wearing a toy bulldozer mounted on the head or standing on the machine. The BJP workers started their bulldozer celebrations in the morning soon after the election results came in favour of the BJP.

It must be noted that Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav had mocked Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath by calling him a 'Baba bulldozer' during the election campaign. Akhilesh dubbed Adityanath as 'Baba Bulldozer' while attending a rally in Ayodhya, "I used to call him 'Baba CM' but a newspaper has named him as 'Bulldozer Baba'. The CM used to change names and colours of schemes in the past five years and now his name has also been changed," Akhilesh said during the rally.

Now, the BJP workers have responded to Akhilesh's statement by celebrating on bulldozers. Many workers were seen holding placards of bulldozers or standing on the machine.
