THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: In the budget, the finance minister envisaged plans to make Kerala number one in the industrial sector. The industrial plan outlay has been increased to 1226.66 crore. The industrial policy has also been changed. The finance minister is presenting the first full budget of the second Pinarayi government.
