TILAK MAIDAN: The Kerala Blasters have qualified for their third final of the ISL. Blasters qualified for the final with a 1-1 draw with league champions Jamshedpur FC in the second quarter of the first semi-final on Tuesday. Blasters beat Jamshedpur 1-0 in the first quarter thanks to Sahal's goal. Following this, a draw was enough for the Blasters to qualify for the final in the second quarter.
The Blasters took a 1-0 lead in the first half thanks to a stunning goal from Adrian Luna. Captain Adrian Luna scored the first goal for the Blasters in the 18th minute. After receiving a pass from Vasquez, Luna single-handedly dribbled past the Jamshedpur defense and into the back of the net with an eye-catching strike. However, Jamshedpur equalized in the 50th minute of the second half through a goal by Pronoy Halder.
The Blasters will face the winners of second semifinal in the final. The second semi is between ATK Mohan Bagan and Hyderabad FC.
