KOCHI: The survivor in the actress attacked case has lodged a complaint with the bar council. The complaint is that advocate B Raman Pillai acted against the rules of law. The complaint was lodged to the secretary of the bar council.

The actress alleged that Dileep's lawyer B Raman Pillai was sabotaging the case along with the accused. The complaint said Raman Pillai directly called the witnesses and influenced them and then led in destroying the evidence. Evidence on Dileep's phone was destroyed in the office. Twenty witnesses have turned hostile and a lawyers’ team is behind it. The survivor also demanded an investigation and action against the lawyers.

B Raman Pillai is a senior advocate of the high court. The complaint points that senior lawyers are not allowed to contact the party directly. The bar council has not officially responded to the complaint.
