THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The state confirmed 702 COVID-19 cases on Tuesday. Among these, 663 persons developed the disease through contact, including 31 cases without an identified source of infection.‍ 8 health workers contracted the disease on Tuesday.

730 patients tested negative for the virus today. As of now, there are 5353 active cases in the state.

The state 4 deaths due to Covid on Tuesday with the toll rising to 67,415.
