If the Hema committee report comes out, then man idols will break, said actress Parvathy Thiruvothu. The government is trying to delay the report. The government is women-friendly only during the polls. We may have to wait till the next elections for the report to be implemented, she criticized.

I am a person who has lived with a lot of freedom at my home. Family, parents, everything has helped shape me, she said.

The doctors were asking information from a girl, who was recently harassed by a director, in a weird manner. Even the doctors are unaware of the way in which one should behave with someone who has been through trauma. The girl approached me unable to withstand the examination and interrogation. These people need to be trained in trauma caring. Many people do not even know that there is an internal complaint redressal mechanism to complain and resolve problems at workplaces, Parvathy said.
