SRINAGAR: Two Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists were killed during an encounter with the security forces in the Rainawari area of Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir. The encounter took place around Wednesday midnight.
One of the slain terrorists had carried a media identity card, said Vijay Kumar, Kashmir Zone Inspector General of Police (IGP). It indicates a clear case of misuse of media, he said in a tweet.
The terrorist’s name was given as Rayees Ahmad Bhat in the identity card. The ID stated that he was the editor-in-chief of the Valley Media Service.
