KOCHI: Actor Dileep has alleged in court that the probe team is torturing him regarding the case. Investigators are constantly raiding the house. He added that the investigation team is trying to frame him and his whole family as convicts. Police even raided his 87-year-old mother's room. Dileep said that the High Court in its anticipatory bail order had stated that there was no prima facie evidence against him.

However, the prosecution told the High court that there was evidence of murder conspiracy. The prosecution said that director Balachandrakumar had handed over the audios and evidence. In that case, the court asked why Balachandrakumar was not the first informer in the case. The court asked whether simply saying would make it a murder conspiracy, actual crime has to be committed only then it would be agreeable. But the prosecution replied that what Dileep said was not merely a dialogue.

Hearing will continue tomorrow in the case of a conspiracy to assassinate the investigating officer in actress assault case.
