THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A murder case accused was killed after hit by a car in the capital city. He has been identified as Sumesh, accused in Karali Anoop murder case. A car struck the bike in which Sumesh was travelling at Chakka last night. He died while undergoing treatment. Three natives of Kattakada have been taken into custody in connection with the incident.

Sumesh and his friend came to have a drink at the bar near Chakka bypass. A verbal dispute broke out with a team there. The team left from there and waited in the car. When Sumesh and his friend were coming in the bike, the car knocked them down. The team then left from there. The Vanchiyoor police who came that way took the two to the hospital. Initial reports said that it was an accident. The police in an investigation conducted, found that it was a deliberate act. Sumesh’s friend is undergoing treatment.
