KOCHI: 45-year-old woman was found dead after falling from the fourth floor of her flat. The incident took place at a flat in Kennedymukku, Vazhakkala, Ernakulam.

The deceased was identified as Smitha Kishore, a resident of the area. Thrikkakara police arrived and shifted the body to Kalamassery Medical College Hospital. Police said that the initial conclusion was of a suicide.
