ISLAMABAD: A relief for Imran Khan as the speaker rejected the no-trust motion calling it against the constitution of Pakistan. Pakistan President Arif Ali Khan has implemented Imran's call for the dissolution of the national assembly and the holding of elections. The opposition parties in Pakistan shocked by Imran’s unexpected bouncer, are planning to approach the Supreme Court. Imran asked his party members to get ready for the elections.
Imran had alleged that the no-trust motion against him was a foreign agenda. The things in the country are not decided by the foreign forces. Imran Khan also thanked the deputy speaker for denying permission for the motion.
Imran Khan had mentioned that some miracles will happen at the last minute and that he himself would continue in power. Prohibitory orders were imposed in Islamabad in the wake of Imran's threat to rally millions of people in front of parliament in his favour. Troops have been deployed around the national assembly building. The Pakistan Assembly building was surrounded by tens of thousands of soldiers. The army, which was supporting Imran, is no longer supporting him. The Pakistani military chief had denied Imran's allegations that the move against him was a US conspiracy.
