MANARCADU: A 24-year-old woman was found hanging at her husband’s house. Archana Raj (24), wife of Binu of Manarcadu Malamchira was found hanging in the bathroom of the house yesterday afternoon. Though she was rushed to the hospital, her life could not be saved.

Initial reports said family problems are the reason for her to take the drastic step. A fight broke out in the morning over going to a function at a relative’s house. When the inmates of the house found her missing for some time, they searched the house and then found her hanging.

Her suicide note has been found. Binu and Archana got married three years ago. The couple has a daughter. The Manarcadu police have registered a case for unnatural death.
