MALAPPURAM: A man was killed after a bus, a mini-lorry and a jeep collided at Karakunnu in Malappuram. The deceased has been identified as Balakrishnan, the driver of the mini-lorry. Balakrishnan was pulled out of the wrecked mini lorry in critical condition.

He was rushed to Manjeri Medical College but succumbed to his injuries. Ten people traveling in the bus were seriously injured. The initial conclusion is that the accident was caused by a speeding private bus. Both people in the jeep were injured.
