THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned of isolated thundershowers and strong winds of up to 40 kmph in isolated places in eight districts of Kerala. The warning was issued in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Idukki, Ernakulam and Thrissur districts.

Meanwhile, the IMD has issued a yellow alert for the next five days in six districts. The alert was issued in Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Ernakulam and Idukki districts. There is no rain warning in any district tomorrow and the day after. The IMD has issued yellow alerts in Pathanamthitta and Idukki districts on the 13th and in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam and Pathanamthitta districts on the 14th. The possibility of isolated heavy rains is predicted.
