KOCHI: Actress Kavya Madhavan may not be questioned tomorrow in the actress assault case. The crime branch is of the view that it will not question Kavya Madhavan at her house in Aluva. The decision was taken at a meeting chaired by the DGP at the Aluva Police Club.

The probe team is planning to question Kavya in detail. They will be seeking explanations from Kavya by playing audiotapes. Kavya was issued a notice to appear for questioning at the police club tomorrow.

However, Kavya was of the opinion that she can choose the place of her choice as a witness. The probe team has sought legal advice on the matter.
