THIRUVANANTHAPURAM/KOCHI: Dinesia, a fourth standard girl student, no longer has to worry about selling pickles. The government and the DYFI took over her education expense, treatment expense of the parents and their dream of having a home.

Education Minister V Sivankutty intervened in the issue as an impact of report published by Kerala Kaumudi. The article was titled 'Ee unthuvandiyilund nallam classkariyude jeevithapadam'. The minister declared that all necessary help will be given to the girl and her family. AA Rahim, DYFI All India President, has also announced that DYFI would bear all the expenses, including housing for Dinesia, as per the minister's instructions. DYFI has appointed Ernakulam District Secretary for this purpose.

This announcement from the minister was a birthday gift to the girl. Her parents wept when they heard this.

The government will support the girl's education and the fulfillment of the dream of having a home.The minister said he would visit Dinesia's house. The Minister also summoned Kochi Mayor M. Anilkumar and Mayor said he would brief the government on urgent matters.
