KOCHI: The complainant has alleged that the investigation against director Balachandra Kumar in the rape case is being delayed. The woman will lodge a complaint with the Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Monday against the non-arrest of Balachandra Kumar, two months after the case was registered.

Balachandra Kumar had withdrawn his anticipatory bail plea two weeks ago. The police are conspiring by not arresting him. The complainant told a private channel that she was threatened by the police and her employer.

The Kannur native’s complaint is that she was offered a job and was sexually assaulted. She alleged that she was raped at a lyricist’s house, ten years ago. However, Balachandra Kumar has alleged that Dileep is behind the rape complaint.
