KOCHI: Actor Dileep’s brother Anoop and brother-in-law Suraj will appear for interrogation on Tuesday in the murder conspiracy case. The crime branch has asked them to appear at the Aluva Police Club on Tuesday. Meantime, the investigating team will register the statement of cyber expert Sai Sankar tomorrow.

The time allowed by the court for further investigation ended yesterday. However, the investigation team is moving ahead with the proceedings. The crime branch had obtained legal advice that the investigation could continue under Section 173 (8) of the CRPC. The investigation is proceeding accordingly.

The crime branch team will submit their investigation report to the trial court tomorrow. It will also inform the court that the petition seeking adjournment of the inquiry is pending before the high court.

Sai Sankar's statement will be recorded on Monday at 2 pm. Sai has also been directed to appear at the Aluva Police Club. The investigation team will soon record the statement of the court staff over the leak of the footages from the court.
