KOCHI: Oil companies have filed an appeal in the high court against the single bench order to give diesel to KSRTC at retail price.

Oil companies say KSRTC's petition is not legal. Companies had charged around Rs 30 extra than the rate it is given to retail companies.

The High Court had by an interim order stayed the action of the oil companies which were charging extra to give diesel to KSRTC in the name of being a big customer.
