PALAKKAD: Some vital evidences against the accused in the murder case of RSS leader Sreenivasan have surfaced. The killers of Sreenivasan were at Palakkad district hospital when the post-mortem of SDPI activist Subair was conducted. It was from here they went to kill Sreenivasan. The police have collected the CCTV footages from the hospital.

Subair was killed on April 15. The post-mortem procedures began at the district hospital at 9 am the next day. The initial conclusion of the police is that the accused, who were in the hospital then, went straight to kill Sreenivasan.

The killers abandoned their phones before fleeing. The police have also obtained the CCTV visuals of the suspects moving out of the city after committing the crime. There are six accused in the case. One of them is from Pattambi.

Meantime, the arrest of three BJP activists arrested in Subair murder case will be recorded today. The three directly involved in the murder are now in custody. Two more are yet to be arrested.
