PALAKKAD: The investigation into the murder of RSS leader Sreenivasan is not satisfactory, said the BJP. The Palakkad murder should be investigated by a central agency. We will demand the same when Amit Shah arrives in Kerala, said BJP general secretary C Krishnakumar, while taking in an interview with a private channel.

Amit Shah will arrive in Kerala on April 29 to attend the party leadership meeting to be held in Thiruvananthapuram. He will be apprised of the seriousness of religious terrorism in Kerala, said BJP state president K Surendran, last day.

RSS leader Sreenivasan was killed on April 16 around 1 pm. A six-member gang, who arrived on two bikes and a scooter, had committed the murder. He was hacked to death in his shop.

The attack came after the killing of SDPI activist Subair. SDPI had alleged that the RSS was behind Subair’s murder. The police FIR had also stated that Subair’s killing was a political murder.
