THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The officers' association came forward protesting the dispute in KSEB. Police stopped the protestors in front of the Vaidyuthi Bhavan. The protesters came after violating the order banning the strike.

The activists convened a meet rejecting the warning of chairman B Ashok that disciplinary action would be taken. The organisation said they would stand at the gates of the Vaidyuthi Bhavan.

Meantime, Power Minister K Krishnan Kutty asked to withdraw the strike. The minister while talking to a channel said that it was a legal decision of the board to withdraw the transfer.
