BARAMULLA: Three terrorists, including a top commander of terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), were killed in an encounter between the security forces and militants in the Baramulla district of Kashmir. A soldier was killed in the encounter. Three soldiers have been injured.

On the basis of special inputs, a joint search operation launched by the Budgam police and the security forces had revealed the presence of terrorists in the Malwa area of ​​Baramulla. Three terrorists, including Lashkar-e-Taiba top commander Yousuf Kantroo, were killed in the firing that followed. As per reports, three more terrorists are currently in the area. Yousuf Kantroo is an accused in several cases. The army has identified one of the remaining terrorists in the area.
