KOCHI: The court asked the prosecution what authority they have to question the employees in the case of attack on the actress. The trial court said the confidential documents had not been leaked. The prosecution did not respond on the leak of information of the probe.

‘A diary’ of the court is not a confidential document. The court also asked the prosecution to clarify which confidential document was leaked. The prosecution asked how the court documents were found on Dileep's phone.

However, the police don’t have the authority to investigate how the court documents were found on Dileep's phone. The trial court asked on which basis of the law is the police investigating. This is a matter within the jurisdiction of the court and the investigating officials cannot intervene in it, the court pointed.

The prosecution said that it is clear in the ensuing investigation that Dileep had influenced several witnesses.
