kodiyeri-balakrishnan

KOZHIKODE: CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan said that the Congress, which has not taken any action against those who joined hands with the BJP to protest against K-Rail, was preparing to take action against KV Thomas for participating in the CPM's seminar. He also said that the CPM would give political asylum to KV Thomas if he was expelled from the Congress.

"If KV Thomas is expelled from the Congress, the Left will have no difficulty in providing him political asylum. The CPM would provide shelter to those expelled by the Congress," Kodiyeri said during a mass campaign in Kozhikode.

"Both Congress and BJP workers are going together to uproot the survey stones. The Congress is hostile to the CPM. Not to the RSS. The Congressmen are following the Hindutva slogan raised by the RSS. In many places, Congressmen have turned to BJP. That is what Congressmen in Kerala are trying to do," he said.
