NEW DELHI: Union Minister Jitendra Singh said that the news of banning Telangana Chief Minister Chandrasekhara Rao from Prime Minister's program is false. No such directive has been issued by the Prime Minister's Office. The Chief Minister was expected during Modi's visit to Hyderabad in February. However, Jitendra Singh said that the CM's office had informed that Chandrasekhara Rao was not attending as he was not feeling well.

The revelation by his son and Telangana minister KT Rama Rao that Chandrasekhar Rao has been banned from the Modi's program by the PM's office was a hot topic of discussion. In the wake of such accusations, Jitendra Singh, who is in charge of the PM's office, came out with an explanation.
